Weddings

I am a vibrant but true to color photographer capturing the most delightful couples from the tops of the Rocky Mountains to the beaches of 30A. I work with joy filled couples who love to laugh and bubble with glee, leaving no detail or memory behind!

I specialize in digital photography but I do incorporate film in almost every wedding. From medium format to 35mm, I find that film is my favorite creative outlet to capture the day and details in a new light. I also edit every image to emulate the look of film so those colors are sure to pop!

About

The Process

Step 1: Initial inquiry

Clients will typically reach out via the contact form on my website or through their wedding planner directly! Ideally, I would love to hear what stage you are in with your planning process, your wedding date and location, and any other information you are looking for. Within 48 business hours you will receive all basic package options, then adjustments can be made to best fit the vision for your day!

Step 2: Answering all of your questions

I am available for phone calls and video chats throughout the week! If you prefer to  keep things in your inbox for organization, I am happy to answer any questions via email as well.

Step 3: Reserving your date

You are ready to make it official and we both are thrilled! To reserve your date a digital proposal will be sent to you via email. That proposal will contain the package and alterations we have talked about, a formal digital contract, and deposit + following payment information! Once signed and the deposit is paid – we are in this together!

Step 4: Planning & Logistics

To start, any sessions before the wedding will be planned! Since most of my packages do include engagement photos – let’s get those on the books! Creating a day of photo timeline is a team effort so your planner/coordinator and I will work together to craft a customized timeline just for your day. You and I will work together directly on a shot list for family photos prior to your wedding. I will of course be checking in through the wedding process to ensure all of your needs are met and you are feeling good leading up to the best day ever!

Step 5: Your wedding day

The experience of your wedding day is my utmost priority. I work efficiently through the day to ensure we get all the photos you desire while also leaving time for you to actually enjoy your wedding! Pictures may be one of the only things you can tangibly take from your wedding day but the feelings of the moment will never be forgotten.

Step 6: Gallery Delivery

Pop the bubbly because within 4-6 weeks from your wedding day, I will deliver a fully edited gallery directly to you! This gallery is yours to share, download, or print to your heart’s desire!

FAQ

How long after our wedding or session will we get the photos?

After a bridal or engagement session you will receive your gallery within 2 weeks!

4-6 weeks after your wedding you will receive your full wedding gallery with download and sharing capabilities!

Do you help with posing?

Yes! I will help pose during every session and throughout a wedding day!

How does payment work?

Once you decide to move forward with booking, a personalized proposal will be e-mailed to you that will include a contract and invoice! I accept all major credit cars, debit cards, bank transfers, and you have the ability to select auto pay for ease. Checks can be sent though the mail as well.

Do you travel?

Yes – all the time! For weddings, engagement, and bridal portraits!

What is a bridal session?

It is a historically a southern tradition but is still very common today! This is a portrait session that takes place prior to the wedding day where the bride will be photographed in her wedding dress and full glam while her fiancé will not be near to see. This usually takes place at the wedding venue or another location of the brides choosing.

I usually recommend this session to take place a month before the wedding date – this is a great time to have a makeup and hair trial as well as figure out if any additional alterations are needed for the wedding dress.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! It is common for venues to ask for a certificate of insurance (COI) and I am happy to provide one upon request!
